Project Name
Zentopia Wellness Resort
To create a hospitality environment that supports the physical, emotional, social, and mental well-being of older adults while promoting independence, connection, and lifelong wellness.
Zentopia Wellness Resort was designed to promote holistic wellness, accessibility, and meaningful social engagement for aging populations. The project integrates universal design principles, biophilic elements, and wellness-focused amenities to support physical, emotional, and mental well-being. Smart technology, calming material palettes, and community-centered spaces were implemented to create a restorative and inclusive hospitality experience. The project focused the design development on four major spaces -- the lobby, guest suite, spa and restaurant.
